Where SOLENFROG is today, and where it's headed next.

This roadmap reflects current development priorities, not a promise. Order and scope can shift based on player feedback, security review findings, and on-chain conditions.

  1. Phase 0 · Live Today

    Shipped

    The core loop is built and playable end-to-end on devnet right now.

    • Gathering & resource nodes: ore veins, fishing, hunting
    • Crafting with five rarity tiers, Common through Legendary
    • Marketplace with atomic on-chain escrow (treasury + burn fee split)
    • Arena PvP combat and on-chain wager escrow with referee-attested results
    • Quests, cosmetics, and a referral program
    • Passive HP regen, healing consumables, and a Town Healer fountain
    • Attack animations, hit/weaken feedback, and sound effects

  2. Phase 1 · Launch Readiness

    In Progress

    Everything that has to be true before a real player risks real $SOLENFROG.

    • Full end-to-end devnet testing of the Marketplace and Arena wager flows
    • Security review of the on-chain escrow and wager programs
    • Production treasury and referee key generation
    • Mainnet cutover: real $SOLENFROG mint, redeployed program, live config
    • Production deployment with cron jobs running on schedule

  3. Phase 2 · Content Depth

    Planned

    More world to explore once the foundation is live.

    • New maps and realms beyond Town, Fishing, Hunting, and the Arena
    • More creature types and boss-level encounters
    • Deeper, multi-step quest lines instead of one-off fetch quests
    • Leaderboards: Gold, kills, and wager winnings
    • An expanded cosmetics catalog

  4. Phase 3 · Economy & Community

    Turning solo play into something players build together.

    • Guilds and parties
    • World chat moderation tooling
    • A public stats and leaderboard page
    • Seasonal events that recycle Gold/$SOLENFROG sinks to keep the economy healthy
